IWC Ingenieur

The IWC Ingenieur Automatic Mission Earth was built to be resilient in the most extreme conditions that nature can throw against anyone. Whether it's the freezing temperatures at the top of Mt. Everest, white water rafting in Chile, or trekking in the tropical forests of Indonesia, the IWC Ingeniur Automatic Mission Earth will be a reliable companion. It is equipped with an integrated shock absorber, fitted with a soft- iron inner case to protect against magnetic fields, and water resistant up to 12 bar. The IWC Ingeniur Automatic Mission Earth comes with a black rubber strap or a steel bracelet. Subsequently, the IWC Ingeniur Automatic Mission Earth Plastiki Edition (Ref. # IW323608) was launched to commemorate adventurer David de Rothschild's successful Plastiki Expedition in 2010. This newer IWC Ingeniur is pretty much the same as the earlier Mission Earth models, except that it comes in a white dial with a blue rubber strap. It has a case back engraved with the Plastiki catamaran and its route from San Francisco to Sydney. All models of the IWC Ingeniur Automatic Mission Earth are limited editions of only 1000 pieces worldwide.
