IWC Portuguese
When IWC decided to pay tribute to its founder, it naturally has to be a Portuguese - one of its most iconic collection. The IWC Portuguese F. A. Jones Edition couldn't be a more fitting homage considering the inspiration behind the line as well as the impassioned history of the brand itself. Beautifully crafted and sized at 43mm, it was a very limited release with only 3,000 pieces in steel, 1,000 pieces in gold, and 500 pieces in platinum. You can imagine the state of frenzy the collectors were in at the time. Outfitted with a sapphire display back showcasing the self-winding movement with a 46h power reserve, the IWC Portuguese F. A. Jones Edition is mesmerizing no matter which side you happen to be looking at. Displaying time only, the IWC Portuguese F. A. Jones Edition charmingly renders the dial with Breguet hands, outsize numerals, and a copy of F. A. Jones signature.
