Product Line Overview
The iconic Reverso is inseparable from the Jaeger-LeCoultre name. The reversible case was first designed in 1931 to protect fragile watch crystals in polo matches. This feature allows personalized engraving or the implementation of another dial. "Duoface" references make full use of this opportunity, often incorporating a second time zone or complication. The Reverso Classique features clean dials with classic Arabic numerals. The Reverso Tribute stays more true to the original design from the 1930s with its colorful dials and simple, angled indexes. The Reverso One is more feminine, featuring delicate Arabic numerals and diamond setting.
The Polaris Collection epitomizes the modern sports watch, fusing elegance with function. The dial features three finishes to distinguish its minute, hour, and seconds markers, an internal rotating bezel, and luminescent hands and markers. The watch also boasts high water resistance, a durable bracelet, and automatic winding. The Polaris is available in time-only, chronograph, alarm, and perpetual calendar variations.
The Master Control Collection draws inspiration from 1950s watch design. The collection is a contemporary take on the classic round case shape. Watches within the collection are defined by sun-brushed dials, Arabic numerals at twelve, nine, six, and three, triangular indexes, and strategically positioned highlights of color.
The Master Ultra Thin Collection exhibits Jaeger-LeCoultre's mastery over the traditional, timeless dress watch. As the name suggests, watches within the collection are thin yet still retain the added benefit of automatic winding. The uncluttered dials of the Master Ultra Thin Collection feature beveled triangular indexes and elegant dauphine hands. The watch is available in higher complications, including an ultra-thin perpetual calendar worn by Doctor Strange.
The Rendez-Vous Collection hosts graceful, feminine watches in smaller case sizes. The collection's design is characterized by guilloche, precious stone, or mother-of-pearl dials and extravagant diamond setting. Complications are solely displayed through a semi-circular window at six o'clock. The Rendez-Vous is available in date, night and day, moonphase, celestial, and tourbillon variants.
In addition to its extensive traditional offerings, Jaeger-LeCoultre is renowned for the production of high horology and high jewelry timepieces. In the latter category, the Caliber 101 collection features feminine designs with extravagant jewels. The exceptionally small caliber accommodates more versatile designs and gem setting. The Duometre Collection contains highly precise watches. This precision is facilitated by two independent mechanisms regulated by one escapement. One mechanism controls complications while the other regulates timekeeping. The collection's design is defined by symmetrical dials and open apertures which highlight the complexity of the movements. The Master Grande Tradition boasts highly complicated calibers with many movement components. Often, watches within the collection have grand complications, which are combinations of the most prestigious complications such as the tourbillon, minute repeater, and perpetual calendar. The Hybris Mechanica Collection includes designs across collections. All Hybris Mechanica watches feature "gyro" tourbillons which rotate on three axes and numerous other complications.
