This watch is also known as: PAM080, PAM80
Panerai Radiomir Independent Model # PAM 00080 (PAM 080) displays "dead beat" seconds, i.e. the second hand advances once per second, as on a quartz watch. The blue dial is covered by a 1.5-mm thick sapphire crystal. This timepiece was produced in 2001 as a special edition, limited to 160 pieces only. The Panerai 80 (PAM 00080) features a hand-wound mechanical Chezard caliber 7400 movement with 11½ lignes, 21 jewels, lucydur screw balance with flat balance spring 18,000 alternations/hour, Incabloc anti-shock device, and a 40-hour power reserve. It is water resistant down to 30m (100 feet). The Panerai PAM80 is housed in 42-mm brushed white gold case and polished white gold bezel. The brown alligator leather strap comes with white gold Panerai buckle.
