Chronoswiss Pathos
Judging by the quality and precision of luxury watches introduced by Chronoswiss in the market, it is easy to forget it was founded by Gerd R. Lang only in 1983. The brand carries a unique characteristic -- German in origin yet the finished products are of Swiss components. The same is true for the Chronoswiss Pathos with its signature coin-edged bezel and fluted crown and buttons. Crafted from 18k gold, stainless steel, platinum, or titanium, the Chronoswiss Pathos measures 38mm and houses an automatic winding mechanism with a rattrapante function and 46-hour power reserve. This movement can be seen on the skeletonized dial with its off-centered time indicator, sub-seconds, and split seconds chronograph display. Always paying close attention to details, each Chronoswiss Pathos features printed Arabic and Roman numerals and blued steel hands beneath a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
