Corum Golden Tube
Originating from La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Corum was founded by Rene Bannwart and his uncle Gaston Ries, both were already accomplished watchmakers. Two years after its inception in 1955, the iconic Corum Golden Tube Gold was born. The watches were named after its cylindrical case measuring 30mm x 14.5mm, topped by a strategically placed fluted crown above the 12 o'clock position. Recent reissues recalls the iconic Corum Golden Tube Gold in 18k rose or white gold, each edition limited to only 30 pieces. A Quartz movement beats at the heart of the diamond-set tube case ensuring uninterrupted accuracy of the hours and minutes. Waterproofed up to 30m and fitted with black alligator leather strap, the Corum Golden Tube Gold presents a difficult decision of choosing between a diamond pave or a mother of pearl dial.
