It would be an understatement to say that Debethune rocked the world of independent watchmaking collectors when it was founded in 2002. The Debethune DB 28T Series for example are comprised of carefully designed timepieces that explores the realm of space theme horology without looking like props from the set of a Star Trek production. Made in Grade 5 titanium or anthracite zirconium, the distinct case with its trademark floating lugs measure 43mm in diameter. The solid caseback is made from the same material and features a linear 5-day power-reserve indicator. Driven by a hand-wound mechanical movement, each Debethune DB 28T Series is offered with a mirror polished steel or titanium dial from a color palette limited to black, silver, or blued. Featuring hours, minutes, and a 3-second tourbillon, the Debethune DB 28T Series manages to be different without being overtly so.
