IWC Watches

IWC

Aiming to incorporate Swiss expertise with modern technology to produce movements and parts for the US consumers, American Florentino Ariosto Jones founded International Watch Company with Schaffhausen native and watchmaker Johann Heinrich Moser in 1868. This partnership saw production of many fascinating timepieces including the IWC Da Vinci -- a tribute to the genius of Leonardo da Vinci. Built from steel, ceramic/titanium, gold, or platinum, with select diamond set models, the line offers a wide array of complications such as flyback chronograph, rattrapante, tourbillon, perpetual calendar with moonphase, and stop watch function. Both men and women will surely revel in the IWC Da Vincis glorious aesthetic, with quartz and automatic versions guaranteeing a power reserve of 42 to 68 hours. Measuring 29mm to 45.6mm, an IWC Da Vinci, like its namesake, is absolutely "way ahead of its time".
