Piaget Tanagra
Piaget was founded in 1874 by Georges Piaget in the scenic village of La Cte-aux-Fes in the Swiss Jura mountains - the land of Swiss watchmaking. Initially opting to manufacture watch movements only, the company soon set out to launch their own line of luxury watches around 1940, eventually gaining a solid footing in the industry. One successful collection, the Piaget Tanagra, is a vision of golden opulence with its 18k yellow gold case and matching bracelet. The 21.55mm to 38mm round or square-shaped case of a Piaget Tanagra houses a Swiss quartz movement. And while most models display hours and minutes only, it does provide a degree of variety with a selection showing seconds, date, and chronograph functions, optional diamonds, and a leather strap. While regarded as a jewelry-centric brand, the Piaget Tanagra proves elegance and functionality doesnt have to be mutually exclusive.
