Richard Mille RM 14
Introducing the first RM watch in 2001, watchmaking house Richard Mille commands respect and devotion usually reserved only for centuries-old manufactures. The degree of innovation and technical prowess that goes into each and every Richard Mille timepiece is enough for the brand to leave an indelible print in the industry. Now well into the hugely successful RM series, they released several models that echoes the design elements of an Italian Perini Navi vessel, the Richard Mille RM 14. Built from either platinum or 18k rose or white gold, the tonneau-shaped case measures 45mm x 38.9mm and is equipped with a hand-wound movement with 75-hour power reserve. The skeletonized face of the Richard Mille RM 14 is a visual treat with its hours, minutes, tourbillon, the torque, and power reserve indicators. From the outside, the Richard Mille RM 014 timepiece was designed to echo the nautical details of a Perini Navi vessel, but its true value lies within the wonders of the movement which represent major technical innovations in horology.
