Dubbed the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique 2008 chronograph, this model is distinguished by its generous 42.5 mm diameter case, water-resistant to 50 metres. Its powerful, classical lines house a mechanical self-winding chronograph movement which is chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), a guarantee of absolute precision. Endowed with a 48-hour power reserve, this movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and displays the hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 oclock, as well as a date aperture and chronograph functions. A case-back engraved with the logo of the Automobile Club de Monaco and the letters GPMH serves to hold the watch together and to protect its precious contents. In a subtle finishing touch, the crown is adorned with a racing steering wheel to ensure a complete immersion into the automotive world.
