A snap-on case back with sapphire crystal exhibition window and black crocodile leather strap completes the look.

The functional Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5038G is powered by a mechanical with automatic winding using Patek Philippe Caliber 240 Q with 27 jewels, 21,600 vph, 46-hour power reserve and off-center ball bearing microrotor in 22K gold. This men's watch is water resistant to 25 meters.

The rugged Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5038G also features black dial with white lance hands, white-lacquered Roman numerals, railway minute tracker and three sub-dials -- month and leap year sub-dial at 3 o'clock position, date and moon phase display at 6 o'clock position, and day and 12-hour AM/PM indicator at 9 o'clock position. A sapphire crystal is used to protect this dial.
