Chopard Imperiale
Founded in 1860 in Sonvilier, Switzerland by the young Louis Ulysse Chopard, the manufacture originally focused on producing pocket watches and chronometers. By the year 1920, Chopard started working on high-end wristwatches that are both a technical marvel and a work of art. A perfect example would be the timepieces from the Chopard Imperiale - Round collection, delicately shaped from 18k gold or steel. The 26mm to 40mm case houses a Swiss quartz or automatic movement with the mechanism providing a time only function or an additional seconds subdial, date, or chronograph complication.
