The year 1985 marked the beginning of FP Journes remarkable journey into the elite world of Haute Horlogerie. From the onset, Fran�ois-Paul Journe wanted to develop watches according to his ideals and thus branded his masterpieces with the words Invenit et Fecit which means "I invented it, and I made it". Already notable for ultra-exclusive watches, the brand upped the ante some more with their FP Journe Black Label Collection. Your limited edition wristwatch just got even more limited. The timepieces are available for all existing models except the Grand Sonnerie and is offered only to those fortunate enough to already own an F.P. Journe watch. What sets the FP Journe Black Label Collection apart is the platinum case and a lacquered black dial. A rarity indeed, the FP Journe Black Label Collection timepieces are distributed at only 12 pieces in each of the 6 Boutiques with 2 pieces maximum per model. With only 72 pieces maximum distributed per year of the total 900 timepieces produced by the brand every year, a timepiece from the Black Label collection is truly meant for only those who understand the value and essence of having an FP Journe on the wrist.
